Absolutely no refunds or returns for firearms once they are purchased. If they have not left the premises I can discuss with the customer on a case by case basis but typically all firearms sales are final.

 

Once a firearm leaves the premises of Guerilla Guns, LLC we cannot accept it back as a return due to liability issues. Refunds for sales of items other than firearms may be considered but the standard policy is no refunds for items purchased. In the event that an item presented as new by Guerilla Guns and is damaged, refunds will be considered due to a damaged or defective item.

 

It is our intent to provide used and new items all of which are categorized. As a buyer it is your responsibility to carefully review and select items for purchase and to ask questions if you are unsure of an item or feel that you’d like additional clarification.
